Holiday apartment for 4 people 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia temple. Completely renovated in December 2019, it has an American kitchen equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Living room with sofa, TV and table for 4 people. Independent double bed and a 90 cm bed. Full bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there is a 90 cm bed and a small room with washing machine and ironing area.

The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump in all its rooms.

The neighborhood 

It is located in one of the more modernist districts of the city. The Sagrada Familia’s neighborhood is part of the historical Eixample district, and there you will find all that a tourist needs. Note that the Hospital de Sant Pau is just some steps away, a modernist complex by Lluis Domènech i Montaner.

Strolling down the charming Avenida Gaudí, a little Rambla, you will run into the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s masterpiece. When you climb the stairs of the basilica you will encounter the most impressive views of Barcelona. And at its feet, Gaudi’s park, with its pond and trees, melts art and history with the natural environment.

A ten-minute stroll will lead you to many tourist highlights of the city, mainly the Paseo de Gracia, the financial and commercial district of Barcelona.

The nearest metro station is Sagrada Familia (L2, purple line and L5, blue line).
