There are three bedrooms, two double and one single. One room has a private bathroom; the second has a 4 sqm balcony, both with double beds, while the individual room has a smaller size double bed of 1m 30cm.

The living room is luxurious, cheerful and thoughtfully furnished; it has Wifi and a satellite TV. It opens up onto an 18 square meter terrace with comfortable chill out sofas, a large garden table for breakfast and outdoor dining to enjoy the excellent Mediterranean climate. For hot summer afternoons, you can lower the awning and protect yourself from the sun.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, all top quality and well maintained.

There are several cafes, restaurants, and charming hotels close to the apartment building. On the beach, quite near the apartment, there is the possibility to rent kayaks, surfing equipment, canoes, etc. The beach bars are very nice with quiet music and comfortable deck chairs. Among the nearby places to visit are the Hotel Terramar, the Pic Nic restaurant, and the Golf Club Terramar. A bit further the terrace of the hotel Meliá and of course the evening drinks area on the street of sin as well as the café and restaurant club El Vivero.

There is a private parking place and a tennis court located in the same building of the apartment.

The neighborhood

The Vinyet area, where this apartment is located, is 100 meters away from the Paseo Marítimo and the beach, and at 10 minutes walk from the Sitges downtown, its bars, restaurants, shopping and other cozy corners. The Paseo Marítimo is a magnificent promenade, lined with palm trees and breathtaking sea views, stately mansions and white sand beaches.
