If you are looking for accommodation in Sitges for rent a few months on winter. Please contact us and we will inform you of the discounts. Available from October 2022 to June 2023.
Spacious and cozy apartment for six people located in the center of Sitges. It is a 70m2 house, decorated and prepared with care so that the tenants enjoy a pleasant stay in one of the most charming towns in Spain.
Sitges Quiet Center has three rooms, two of them with a double bed and air conditioning. In the double bedroom you will find access to a small balcony of about 6m2. It overlooks an interior patio. The third bedroom has a trundle bed for two people with a nightstand, a chest of drawers and portable air conditioning. The living room is bright, comfortable and air-conditioned, with two sofas for three people each, heating, television and a large window with access to the balcony. This window lets a lot of light into the apartment throughout the day. In the living room you will find a dining table for six people. The kitchen is new, spacious and comfortable, and you will have all the necessary kitchenware, such as an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Our apartment complies with the legal regulations of tourist apartments, both the Generalitat of Catalonia and the municipal government of Sitges. And it fulfills, in turn, with the fiscal obligations required.
The neighborhood
Sitges Quiet Center, is located a few steps from Plaza Spain, in the heart of Sitges, just 5 minutes walk from the promenade and the beach (300 meters).The Paseo Marítimo is a magnificent promenade, lined with palm trees and breathtaking sea views, stately mansions and white sand beaches.
The Old town, located on a hill around the San Bartolomé y Santa Tecla church (XVII), offers a stunning architectural and cultural heritage. It is also worth noting the beautiful La Ribera beach, frequented both by locals and tourists, with its golden fine sand and its calm waves.
Public Transportation
A great location, a 10 minutes walk to the train station and downtown, 5 minutes drive to the highway that will take you to Barcelona and 20 to 30 minutes drive to Barcelona’s International Airport El Prat (30km).
